Back from the african continent, one week today, wild, eeyy?? We've met so many wonderful people from all over the world, so we decided to convert our blog into english from now on - and we'll continue writng from Pondicherry, India and Paris, France!

As we mentioned in the last blog post which is years ago now, it seems, we truly truly LOVED Cape Town, what a wonderful atmosphere man! It was cool. We stayed at the best hostel with cats and dogs and lovely people with so many thoughts and reflections on important subject - S figures she is actually not that smart, which is good, because now she is SO motivated to read, and even quite motivated to study, which is great, because that's what she'll do in 3 months from now. The best thing is to meet people who challenge you intellectually (is it even spelled like that???) and to learn.. You live you learn, right?

Even thought we didn't work at all in Cape Town we managed to stay busy - we went to Cape Point, we went on hiphop concerts and comedy shows, we had lunch at cosy cafes and went to busy markets. We even went to quite a few museums, the national gallery, the slave lodge, the district 6 museum and of course, Robben Island. We saw penguins in Simonstown, we ate fish and chips in Muizenberg, we went out with friends from the hostel, we experienced a terrific wine tour to different vinyards, visited a township, climbed Table Mountain, saw sunset at Signal Hill, fed squirrels in the park and M even went jogging in seriously scary areas alone. We made good friends, we made good food, we were in a constant good mood!

For a week all we've wanted is to head back to Africa, but hope that we'll be happy and calm in Oslo soon. Because we all know that nothing is more wonderful than spring in Oslo, the 1st of May, our national day and the eurovision song contest, right?
